According to this site the second best team in 9-5A was beat again last night to a sub-par team. WT White lost to Garland Lakeview last night 21-7. I will shut up about this after this thread but it was rediculous to pick them ahead of Lake Highlands, Berkner, Creekview, and it looks like even Richardson. What a joke. kay I'm really done mentioning that after this thread is through.

I wonder if they based that pick on the decent showing they had in the playoff game last year vs. Longview? As I recall, WT was supposed to get totally destroyed, but they hung in there and played a respectable game with the Lobos.

Thats all I can figure - saw the game last night and WT has next to nothing... nice QB and some decent athletes, and they play hard, but there is nothing about them that sets them apart from most of the rest of the DISD...

yep those crack heads have this nice site here for you to look at and post on... it isn't the biggest High School Football Website in the world for no reason my friend... but you are entitled to your opinion

besides in a weak district like that you can never tell who's going to rise to the top

Sometimes you go out on a limb in June and it doesn't work out. It wouldn't be the first time, nor would it be the last.

Having said that, I love how they haven't even played one district game yet, lol. Someone took this pick quite personal.
