Was reading earlier today as to what a joke it is that Obama is running as a black candidate. If his heritage is followed to the point it is known, he is approx . 50% white, 43.75% Arabic, and 6.25% African Black.

Using 6.25% as a cut off....I would qualify as an Irish, English, German, Dutch, American Indian, or Dutch president....whichever I chose to single out.

However, I would list myself as an AMERICAN President, as I'm an AMERICAN....not African Black, or Arabic, or whatever I think would politically further my career.

I bet he doesn't emphasize the Arabic angle for obvious reasons.

Get used to it. I've voted in about 8 general elections, and often found myself voting against a candidate more than for a candidate. This one is no different. I'm not a huge fan of either, but given the the choices we have in November, the choice is clear like him or not.

One man who has the character, connections, and guts to work across party lines. The other has none of the aforementioned.

One man brings a new face and new look to the race that at least brings new energy and outlooks to the old Washington frat house. The other brings the long time bipartisan frat house mascot with him as a running mate.

It's not a perfect world, but it is an easy choice.

Welcome to the world of a registered voter. Value the right and never forget that other people have no choice or voice.
