For the pros i always liked Jack "Hacksaw" Reynolds. Legend had it that when in college at Tennesse he was so ticked after losing a game he spent 8 hours sawing his vw bug in half - gotta love that. And in the high school ranks Stephenville had a kid a few years back named Cord Wood. I haven't seen any better names than those two.

don't know if the name itself strikes fear in anybodies mind, but timmy rosovich was one crazy linebacker. the stories that si wrote about him were classic.
