All i can say is who is tired of this guy?

I know i am. You need to stop trash talking on this board thats not what its about. Its to discuss football. Your the type of person that makes a great football program like pearland look bad. Stop trash talking the great teams on this board.
1.) pearland has never beat NS or any great team at that!!
2.) Pearland has never won a state championship!!!!
3.)Pearland has never had anyone on this board to support them!!!!
So untill yall do earn the right please keep your tasteless and trash tal to yourself and if you wanna talk football then this is the place to do it.

I kind of like someone to be the antagonist, even if he doesn't know he is one.
It gets me FIRED UP. And heck I'm just an old fart fan. But I still have a big mouth and good jaw muscles and I will be yellin for THE SHO on friday.
I said this in 2003 and I think I'll break it out again. ONE GOAL, ONE HEARTBEAT..... GO MUSTANGS.

Im sorry this board must be own by North Shore!! We got to the semi finals before you won state bud!!!!!! and we have played some good teams. Like i said before all you crap talk will end friday after we beat your ELite Team!!!!!

This thread had nothing to do with ns it has to do with the disrespect that you are giving us and the rest of the state. And like everyone from NS has said if yall do beat us then great good luck next week. This thread was meant to say that your trash talk is not needed on this board. This board is ment to talk football in a friendly classy way. So say what you want and think what you want your entitled to your own opinion. You think your the only punk thats gone through here talking trash your wrong. And when their team loses (they always do!!!) then they are never to be seen again. Good luck to pearland and i feel sorry for the rest of their classy and mature fans that you are making look bad.

I think 2001 - Deer Park, Kingwood and Alief Hastings would take exception to that blanket statement.

2.) Pearland has never won a state championship!!!!

Neither has the current group of young men currently on the squad for North Shore. Your absolutely right though, but they have improved a great deal from all those 0-10 years and will be around for a long time because voters won't allow a second High School. So unless the UIL changes the alignment this meeting will continue. There really hasn't been that many meetings between the two of us but they are getting to be an annual event. Makes for good football.

Now I have to take offense to that. I have been posting for years but for some reason my original ID stopped working. Probably because I hadn't logged in for a while and they purged me. No biggy, I started a new ID so I could post again. No I was never banned. I love a good discussion about HS football as much as the next guy. Great piece of entertainment for 6 bucks. Trust me if Pearland loses I won't miss the next NS game either. Some of the best games I've had the fortune to watch have been NS. That said Coach Heath (Lamarque background) deserves a great deal of credit for turning a very very bad program around.

Now Pearland1 may be tasteless or maybe not, then again he does have the right to freedom of speech within the guidelines of this board of course.

Now onto an interested comment by Alan Zepeda and John Hoffman from Texasprepextra.com "Greater Houston Area Gridiron Gabble" show and I quote "that his Rivals contact (Matt) for NS is saying the squad is really beat up right now". So if your banged up and you still win, how do think you'll fair against Westfield? The pundits don't think either of us have a chance against Westfield. Either way this should be an entertaining game and I look forward to it each year. Last years was no exception but I liked Buckner better at QB for Pearland and Boone as a reciever with Fozzy in the back field. One thing much better than last year for Pearland is the defense. As far as NS goes, the words "NORTH SHORE" are enough said. :cool:

I don't know if you are a player or an ex-player or a fan, but I hope you are a player, because you are not focused on the game. I played baseball in college and never played very well with my mouth open.
I admit I have had a little anger at Pearland stored up since 2002 when somebody watered your field down until it was mud(and it had not rained for three days before the game). That and about 18 penalty flags could not prevent a Northshore victory. The refs called holding every chance they got, so we beat the refs and the Oilers that night at the rig. I believe you've changed your playing surface since then. That water down the field trick to neutralize speed is an old one.

I have not seen a single comment from a NS fan saying this. Nor Have I seen arrogance from NS fans.

It's you Pearland people that say we said it. And you guys are showing disrespect toward us.

All in All, I think the NS people have shown alot of restraint - because we have class. and Oh yeah - a championship.

Riser was a sophomore on the Mustangs when they won state.
There are probably a couple of others. I am not saying they started , but they were on the team.

Post a poll. "who are the biggest trash talkers" You can include up to 10 schools. Heck, put the ones from 195a in there. Strake and Katy go at it just as much as you do. " who are the biggest idiots" " who are the biggest cry babys". You could go on and on. If you are patient it will be over soon in a few days.

We all welcome the friendly debate about who will win. And no, we don't feel like we have an elitist team. But if you check your boys tone and compare it to the balance of the conversations on here, you will see that it was a little off base. I haven't read where any NS people came out and said that you guys don't have a chance. you've been having some success over the past few years, and congrats. It's good that you're confident, just don't be cocky, cause anything can happen on any given Friday.

Pearland has forced 312 pts and only given up 102.
North Shore has forced 491 pts and only given up 51.

District 24 total victories/losses: 33-37 (7 teams) (Pearland)
District 23 total victories/losses: 47-31 (8 teams) (North Shore)

Pearland's wins against teams .500 or better: Galveston Ball (8-2), Houston Memorial (7-3)
North Shore's wins against teams .500 or better: The Woodlands (7-3), La Porte (8-2), Dobie (8-2), Deer Park (7-3) and Pasadena Memorial (6-4)

The facts don't lie!

My prediction:

North Shore 28 (< may be 35 or 42 if Pearland lays down.)
Pearland 10 (< may be 21 if NS makes many mistakes.)

But this is the playoffs, and anything can happen!

Pearland has not been hit this year like they will be hit on friday nite.

You feel disrespected, but the only thing people said - on here - was that they felt North Shore would win! It's their right and their opinion, respect it, and move on!
