View Full Version : most Underrated team in Region 3 playoffs

In my Opinion Humble is the most underrated team. They have a good team this year and dont get any props. They played extreamly well without there Key RB This year ( Reggie Brown). They could of won the westfield game if they didnt have so many penalties. And The katy game could of gone our way.(good game). The Woodland Game was ours for the takin, but again Penalites at the last couple mins.
Another Underrated team is Katy. Some would argue that there not underrated, but they are. Westfield and North shore are over them in top ten regional rankings....I think katy has a very balanced team that deserves more credit

FB Clements by far. They have a Solid DT just to bad they drew Katy 1st round if not then they could have went a couple of rounds deep IMO.

Not having penalties is part of the game... Humble would have won all those game if the other teams had not shown up also..
That doesnt make them underrated, it makes them mistake prone..
I don't think Katy is under or over rated. I think they field a pretty solid team almost every year.. And everybody knows that...

FB Kemper pitched a shutout against FB Clements and Kempner is not that good. I expect them to Struggle mightily against Hastings and then get knocked off in the second round. I predict FB Clements gets less than 5 first downs against Katy and scores zero points.
I'll go along with Humble. They looked good against Katy. Very possible rematch in region finals.

i have to say pearland ...this is the first year they are ranked this high in the region...everyone counts them out because they play north shore...but with there good defense and great offensive schemes they are underated...i think madison is underated too

I would have to say La Porte is the most underrated, sitting in the same district as North Shore and tied with Dobie for second will not get you noticed. The Bulldogs put an entertaining offense on the field led by QB Boogie.
If Galveston Ball falls off just a little bit on Friday night, La Porte is going to win that game.

I went to the game NS/La Porte game to see NS, but I heard the Bulldogs' QB was named Boogie Anagnostou, I said anybody playing football with that name is my MAIN MAN.....
I have been keeping an eye on this kid since week 5 or 6, Boogie throws good and he has a few weapons.....I hope he becomes a big time player.

Humble is not underrated by Katy, to many good athletes that can go off on you at any time

I think what he's saying is that he knows just how good Humble is. they would be my pick as the most underrated in this region. Their QB is the real deal. Clements is not underrated, they are just not that good.
Excuse me, if memory serves me correctly, I should have said she. . . .

Score wise Humble played us closer than anyone else. Quarter Back is awesome, can break it big at anytime

Katy is ranked 5th in the state. Northshore is ranked 10th. Westfield is second. My underrated team would be Cy Fair.

Boogie is only a junior. He is also a prospect for pro baseball.
He can throw hard. I root for him when he is not playing Northshore.

Not saying I'm right all the time....my FB Marshall posts have made me eat crow...but I get some satisfaction from making the La Porte prediction...

Man yall are crazy, it would have to be one of the 2 teams from Cy-Far that is most underrated. No one thought they would make it this far with a 5-1 record in the playoffs so far. Cy-Falls has a legitamate chance to make it all the way the the Championship game IMO.
