Not sure about MacArthur and Nimitz but Gary Koch has a pretty solid team at Memorial. He is an excellent coach and is very good at getting them ready for the big games (did the same thing when he was at Stratford with Oscar Cripps). Falls will have their hands full but I think they may be able to do it if they can stick to a game plan. Last week they seemed to have all cogs going but the Tomball game, they looked a little lost - Tomball had come to play and they weren't giving an inch. However, they did almost came back to win it so - get those guys adrenaline going and you never know what will happen. Good luck Eagles - I'll be there backing you all the way!!!!

The three teams from 18-5a are not that great, but they do have their moments. Nimitz only lost to Memorial because of an interception that scored the only points of the game. MacArthur didn't do good against Memorial, but was able to overpower Nimitz and Eisenhower this year. They did have problems with Aldine last week, and had to take the win in OT. As far as Memorial, they did good in district but stuggled in predistrict match ups. 18-5a isn't the same as years past (as we can see with a Spring Branch school making the playoffs again), but I think that of these MacArthur and Memorial are the best bets to pull out the win in Bi-District. MacArthur has proven they can play, it is just if they come to play. I actually pick them as a dark horse this post season, they could make it far enough to match up against North Shore/Westfield, if those two teams make it that far.
