First, I want to thank all 532 of you who participated. This was easily the best year we've had with the Pick 'Em contest and I hope everyone enjoyed it. Hopefully, it helped you pay more attention to teams outside your immediate area of interest...other than the pure challenge of it, that's one of the main goals of running such a contest.

I appreciate your patience with me throughout the process. I do my best to get things right the first time, but there were mistakes along the way and you guys did a good job of pointing them out and helping me to get them corrected. 20 games a week * 500+ entrants * 11 weeks = plenty of opportunity for error, lol.

Ok, enough of that...

To be honest, about 50% of my picks were W.A.G.s and I knew something or did a little reserch on the rest. I really thought it was over last week when I missed several that I thought were slam a++ dunks, and a couple that were very close games. It was great. Thanks guys! OMG i lost by 1 freaking game are you kidding me?? :eek: :eek: I knew i should have went with Tyler Lee!! :mad: I went against my et brother's and it came back to haunt me. I know it is all fun and games, but in my honest opinion correct number of picks should hold more weight. The top three all picked every week and Pack0808 ended up with one more correct pick than the top two. Oh well, as I said it is all fun and games.

I am taking you to the supreme court of 5atexasfootball.com and i want you to appeal the decision for me. ;) Maybe i can put i was 1st in most picks in pickem in my signature instead of champ considering Owl robbed me of it. They don't even give you enough letters to put in a good title even though we have the option to chance our default title.

#26 out of 532 is not bad and this is 1st year doing this and also 1 1/2 year learning high school football, thats it! seriously!

It was alot of fun playing Pick em'. Thank yall for doing this!

Not sure how you work in the people that missed weeks, but the people that are dedicated to winning shouldn't be penalized for others missing their picks on a given week. (Can you tell I am competitive?)

OK hotshot, so how did you do so well on your picks. I did look at records, and I knew some of the teams, but lots WERE in fact WAGS (valley, El Paso etc) just interested, not being a smart xxx, since you are the greatest :rolleyes:
