Chase Daniel is the kind of player that just begs to get the crap knocked out of him, but he's damn good to go with that cockiness. The only good hit I saw on him during the game was a bit of a late hit that was correctly flagged.

Illinios was outwardly frustrated with him. It was nice to see it happen to another team...:D

after all the preseason hype about the 10 returning starters for mizzou, it reminds me of the rice coach who had the good news stat of having 21 returning starters. the bad news was, they were off a 2 win team.

chase was not close to hitting on all cylinders last night. he missed multiple open receivers while running out of the pocket. when he gets going, the tiger offense may be unstoppable(assuming maclin is 100%). they may have to outscore to win, unless they get some db help.
