I was late getting into this show, but I watched the mini-series online and fell in love. I have since bought all the DVDs and as of last night I finally got caught up to where the show left off half way through season 4. I'm increasingly convinced this is the best TV show ever made. I'm going to pull my hair out waiting for January and the resuming of season 4. If there are any other BSG fans out there, this is your place to discuss the show. Hopefully I'm not alone.
BTW, I think lonny is the 12th Cylon.

Yeah, I'm a BSG geek. I've TIVO'd this season and am watching it at a snails pace. Rationing it out. Supposed to be the last season they say. Enjoy it while you can.

It's been a pretty good season. Episode 10 in particular was awesome. The final 12 episodes should be epic.

The word is overused...in the context of sitting on your ***...and watching things happen...

I had all but lost hope in the genre myself, but BSG succeeds where almost all others fail because the SciFi takes a backseat to greater stories. BSG is much more about religion, mythology, politics, etc. BSG, IMO, is quite simply the best old fashioned story telling I have ever seen on TV and in the SciFi genre, it's the best since the original Star Wars trilogy.

Don't go anywhere near San Diego in late July then, we take over the city and then some:). There is not a happier place in all of Geekdom than to be at Comic Con with a four day pass and a big bag for all the studio loot!!
Speaking of Comic Con, one of the big "deals" this year was a show called "Fringe" this fall - looked pretty good. Also, The Watchmen is going to be coming out as a movie. I haven't read that graphic novel yet but my husband keeps putting it in front of me to read so I guess I will before the movie comes out.

There's an awful lot of robot tapping. That's close enough.

Semantics. Don't act like Luke's arm was the only robotically enhanced appendage...;)

Be honest... if you're sister looked like Leia, you too would be doing laps all over that. And if you came across a group of robots that look like this...
