I would have to say 28-5A...only the district champion, CC Carroll, has a winning record (spotless at that, 9-0).
In regard to the 25, I wonder how East Central and Southwest would do in the 28.
So I would say 28-5A and then 25-5A...but both are pretty easy.

This question can be taken in several different ways, so I'll answer accordingly.
29 is the worst district overall. Nixon is a decent team, but there's a lot of garbage there.
9 is very easy for Carter. They only have to play 1 decent team each year and it's the 2nd worst district.

Don't know which district is easiest but 19-5A wasn't exactly hard.

Of course everyone in the area wants to say 23-5a cause make it thru unscathed every year, but i would have to say 22-5a.Big dropoff after Lamar and Madison. and that aint saying much.

10-5A isn't the easiest, but it's definitely in the lower half. I don't think that Berkner is overrated, but if they were in with the Plano schools like they were for the previous 30 or so years of their existence, then I doubt they'd be undefeated.

I take offense to that... well, ok not really (although I should). Unfortunately some of these districts are weak. My vote for the weakest district is 29-5A (Laredo district)

13-5A wasn't exactly the toughest district this year around, talent wise. With only us and A&M playing good football all year. Heights seems to have a nice team, but other than that its pretty thin.

far west texas el paso area....
whatever district they are in...
those teams couldn't even beat the valley teams...
how can anyone mention san antonio, hoston or dallas area...
compared to west tx and the valley...the other districts
are like pros....

I agree, the El-Paso area teams are horrible. As for West Texas in general, there are some good teams out there. Midland is about where it ends however.
