Port Arthur didnt play as a team....Thats why they didnt make it..same story with other teams in 22-5A...(baytown lee, Spring)...And if given a chance to play other teams in the divison...it would be a diffrent stroy...i doubt that BW would be where it is at...Would of had a loss agaisnt humble and Spring...
