You know there were some bad calls but thats not the reason we lost. Ridge was a good team and we didnt execute on some big plays. Dont count us out though.

SGP over Denton Ryan in a very close game.
Trinity over Fossil Ridge by a playoff margin 7+
Carroll over IMac by 14+
However, I think Denton Ryan might be able to beat SGP because of experience and coaching.
Fossil Ridge can pass the ball and has a very good runner so it's game with Trinity could be closer than expected or even an upset.
Carroll will start a brutal march to the Championship with a hard game against IMac but the Carroll Defense will completely shutdown IMacs O while the Dragon O will put up 35 points.

SGP only lost to IMAC and they beat Trinity. Ryan is not as good this year as they were last year. SGP wins this one, and I don't think it will be too close.
SLC should beat IMAC, but IMAC is a good team. Its a good way to measure how good the dragons will do. A tough test straight out of the box like that.
Trinity rolls over the fridge.

I am going to go against the crowd a bit. I think Ryan will beat SGP just because of the program Florence has put together. Until last week DR had only lost to one other 5A team (SLC). They did not return that many starters this year but Florence really coaches them up and will have them prepared. The Ridge game was just one of those where I feel Ryan did not play their best -- probably because they already had their seed wrapped up. SGP will be strong and their staff has done a great job. Both teams had some great competition in good districts. I just have to play my hunch and go with Florence & Ryan in a close one. I think Trinity handles Ridge without much problem and SLC gets past IMAC in one that is closer than some may believe.

I think DR may just sneek past SGP. DR are a very experienced play-off team. While they lost a lot of starters from last year, the coaching staff certainly knows how to win in the play-offs and has a lot of experience in winning play-off games.
ET to win easy, despite posts from from ET fans talking up FR into a contender. ET has too much offense and FR not enough Defense.
SLC wins over I-Mac. SLC has too much of everything.

I think DR vs SGP game will be similar to the Ryan vs IMAC game last year in the first round..... will be close to the very end....

SGP is one of the hottest teams in HS football especially with that big win over Euless a few weeks back. I think they're gonna do some major damage in the playoffs.
