No its more complicated b/c Imac beat SGP, SGP beat ET, but ET beat Imac so there's a 3-way tie for 1st. Seeding as I understand it will come down to point differnetial or positive points. :confused:

I think first you throw out the D1 team, ET? Then go head to head between Imac & SGP which means that SGP would be the 2nd seed?

Will be entertaining in 2 weeks from tomorrow. I have no doubt both teams win 1st round. Should be a big crowd at Texas Stadium. I say over 25,000 minimum. Option vs spread.

Ok Purple peater eater. Punk district? That district has 3 teams that have won 4 State Championships over the last 12 years. So I don't think you should be talking smack when you guys moved out of the east texas district and stopped playing Longview and the tyler schools. Be thankful you got pushed to the Houston area.

let's see. those state titles were in the time frame you use, but the winners of 3 of them won 6 games this year between them, and the other has phoenixed from an 0fer. let's see how they do in the po's. i've got the district winning 4-5 po games total. gl to the cats however.

You are not the first person from a major metropolitan area to believe poor little Lufkin cannot play with the big boys. Too bad you won't make it far enough in the playoffs to find out first hand. Congradulations on a 10-0 season. Good Luck to te Wild Cats cause your gonna need it.

I am a Plano fan and do talk smack on here, and sure its a fact that Plano wants a crack at SLC everyone does.

I will pause my trash talk to first congratulate all the Region I and all D2 teams for making the playoffs.

I have been playing and or watching Texas HS football for over 25 years and I think that this years D2 race for state could be the best group of teams ever.

As far as region 1, SLC should coast to the Regional Semis, but watch out for Abilene as they are a damm good football team and could give SLC a run for the money.

Way to go Plano 10-0, but don't get too cocky as the 2nd round will be the toughest game yet, as it will be the winner of Denton Ryan and SGP, if you can get past that game it is possible for a Regional Final Game wth SLC.
