17-5a Week 10

So, judging from the Chronicle - they have no clue what happens with District 17-5a at this point with the exception of Creek being in. If Falls wins tonight there could be several 5-3 teams. Does anyone have a clear picture what happens if, say JV wins? We beat them but Tomball beat us and we beat LC and so on and so on....

Someone said something about a coin flip and another said something about the team with the highest points going or some such thing. Usually I can figure this out but it's like a Rubiks Cube this year. Anyone have some insight?? :confused:

I got the answer to my own question. The TSRN guys said that now that Cy Falls has beat Magnolia (right now it's 44-22), they need both JV and Cy Fair to win on Saturday for them to make playoffs. I am now the biggest Falcon/Bobcat fan around (okay at least in my house!!). If JV loses, then Tomball goes - we need to keep it in the Cy Fair district guys!!!

Hey Jersey Village and Cy Fair - let's GO FIGHT WIN!!!!!! ;) You both have a few hundred (if not thousand) new fans for this next game.

So who does everyone believe will win the Fair/LC game this Saturday and why?

Langham is playing Jersey Village at 2:00 on Saturday
Cy Fair is playing Cy Ridge at 7:30 on Saturday

I am hoping for Jersey Village and Cy Fair to win so that our season doesn't end quite so soon. I think they will both do it - JV has been doing very well lately and Cy Fair just got a little tripped up but I think they'll be fine tomorrow.

I think as many Cy Falls fans and players as possible should go to one or both of these games and bring some Golden Eagle spirit with them!! I can't go to the 2:00 game but I am going to shoot for the Cy Fair game if JV wins. :)

This is starting to look like my own personal thread!!! I'm the only one posting...but it is information that I am giving out - GOOD information

Jersey Village beat Langham Creek this afternoon in what appeared to be a barn burner (I was watching Blinn play Kilgore because my son is in the band so I didn't get to go). Here's the scenario...If Cy Fair beats Cy Ridge tonight, Cy Falls is IN the playoffs. If Ridge beats Fair - Jersey Village goes. If Langham had won, Tomball would have been in. I am not able to go to the game tonight but I'll bet there will be a lot of Green and Gold on one side and Purple and gold on the other - should be a fun night!!

And how about those LONGHORNS!!! 62-0 WOW
