im from Northwest Laredo, but i wonder what team in the valley is the best, and who represents whos district, there are 3 districts in the valley. on a poll in rgvsports.com, they voted los fresnos for 5a and overall edcouch elsa for the whole valley...and there 4a. what teams are willing to make it to the third round of the playoffs. who are are the athletes down there. .......we wanna know HAHAHAAAA!(in an evil laughter kind of like the joker)

this will benefit sa southwest and 3 Laredo teams going to the playoffs.

don't laredo teams usually get beat by valley teams?

Los Fresnos looked very good last year. should have a good team coming back. Weslaco looks like it took too big a hit after losing Mishak Rivas, but that kid was one in 10 years. Laredo United and Del Rio look to have the best teams out of that district in quite a while, but the whole Laredo/Valley area looks to be dominated by SA Southwest during the regular season.

Best performers in the playoffs looks to me, at the moment, to be L. United, joined possibly by Los Fresnos.

YES!! finally another one answers. looks like were meeting you in the playoffs according to the playoff predictions. we played los fresnos back in my freshman years, those were the good ol' days. now im a senior, itll probably remind us of when we beat los fresnos. thatll bring united more confidence in going to the third round.:)

I remember the Los Fresnos and United game in 2005. Los Fresnos lost 29-24.

That was the 2nd year Los Fresnos was playing in 5A.

Los Fresnos moved up to 5A in 2004 and ended 4-6

In 2005 they ended 9-2 Loss to United (2nd Round)
In 2006 12-1 Loss to Austin Westlake (3rd round)
In 2007 10-3 Loss to San Antonio Reagan (3rd Round)
