I agree 100%. I know alot of you are tired of hearing about the gas prices and oil and all that gibberish. But, I thought it was nice to see it going down, but, it wont last long.

I got excited until you mentioned $4. Yes, call me when it dips below $100 - that's the only way you may see $3.25 gas again in your life. But, hey, it's a start, right?

I was watching 60 Minutes, they were showing a process that creates gasoline from coal. It has being done in South Africa and Germany since WWII. They think that if we start to use this process oil would drop to 25 dollars a barrel. They also said we have 250 years worth of coal in the US and I do not know how long it would take to accomplish this.

We have 250 years of coal AT THE PRESENT RATE of use. Kind of like we have enough corn to feed the planet IF WE STOP MAKING INTO ETHANOL.

Gas will be at $3.97 in no time - can't wait for those savings.

Hopefully by then a lot of Americans won't need gasoline to drive their cars....

that wouldn't work, it's a lose lose situation...think of all the coal pollution we'd be creating and all the polar bears we'd be killing if we went to that method...it'd speed up global warming by god knows how much.

We are the "lucky ones". Most places are over $4.
