Which of the following have the best chance of improving upon their record in the upcoming season?? (with 2 playoff divisions, 4 regions and 5 eleven-man football classifications up for grabs, that means 40 new region champs will be crowned in 2008)
There are ties as far as total number of region championships are concerned between the top two in the two largest classifications: Permian and Judson in 5A, Wichita Falls and Highland Park in 4A with Cuero and Groveton guaranteed to continue ruling the roost for the extent of this realignment in 3A and 2A respectively.

Years listed in Red indicate Losses in the State Finals
All others indicate losses in the State Semifinals
