Team Discipline and a Run based attack. Along the line of a C. Judson type of environment. Not a bad program to emulate!

Does anyone know the 411 on the new coach for DeSoto? Coach Claude Mathis from Austin LBJ.the over achieved in the playoffs last year. reached the Quarterfinals and lost only in OT to eventual 4A-D1 champ, Lamar Consol. looks like a good hire to me

Team improved each year. Got hot in playoffs. I don't think Desoto will be much different under Mathis. Duncanville hired the real deal in Dicus.
