Jarrett Lee completed 7 of 13 passes (54%) for 181 yds (26 yds per completion) and 2 tds.

Miles on Lee:

“Both guys (Lee and Hatch) could come in and play. I felt like Lee really got it started a little bit differently. I felt Lee came back and started making plays and got into a groove. I am comfortable with both quarterbacks.”

WR-Byrd on both QB's (Lee and Hatch):

“You can’t compare the quarterbacks. Each one has a different style and approach to each different play. They are all good and making plays, that’s what we ask. They came out this season prepared hard for today and I thought they each did well. They held their own and made great decision.”

Will Lee start this fall?? Most likely not, as it appears Ryan is going to get chance # gazillion and Hatch is playing himself even if not slightly ahead of Lee. Then again, a lot can happen over the summer and in Pre-Season.

Bold Prediction:
Perriloser will be off the team before the end of the season.

It's inevitable he will get in trouble... but I have serious doubts anyone on that LSU staff has the balls to kick him off.

I hate to say it, but it has a very good chance of being true. If the coaches aren't going to kick him off yet, I can only hope they DO kick him off at the next offense and let the rest of the team go on without him. I think Lee can do fine as a starter, and at the very least he deserves the opportunity without another QB looking over his shoulder based on other troubles.

It appears this Andrew Hatch QB is giving Lee all the competition he can handle. If Ryan is available (meaning, if he doesn't kill someone this summer) he'll be the #1 QB (without question) going into the season. Personally, it's hard to believe anyone would continue to put the fate of a team in the hands of someone who could clearly care less. But... that's Lester, for yeah!
