Manchester United (2-0 away win at Roma) and Barcelona (1-0 away win at Schalke) are in the driver's seat after the first leg.
Liverpool has a slight edge going back to Anfield after splitting 1-1 at Arsenal. The Gunners can obviously turn that around quickly, so this one is still up for grabs.
Fenerbahce stunned Chelsea 2-1 (in Instanbul). Chelsea should win at Stamford Bridge, but that'll be more complicated now that Fenerbahce can play for a draw.
Manchester United is my favorite to win the competition right now. Barcelona is my team, but it's hard to go against United with the form they are in right now. However, if Messi and Ronaldinho can get back to 100% fitness for Barca then anything is possible.
If the current results hold, Barcelona would meet United in one of the semi-finals. That would be a titanic encounter given both sides should be at or near full-strength (Messi and Ronaldinho about to return for Barca).
