Will Plano play SLC in the playoffs?
Does Plano have a chance against them?

no, Plano will probably not play SLC in the playoffs (still a maybe though).

yes, they have a chance against anybody. i am not stupid enough to proclaim a victory though.

I wouldn't say that at the high school level. There is no way on any given night that the Fort Worth Poly Parrots could beat the Longview Lobos ever. I think in high school any good team can beat any good team on any given night. Since both Plano and Carroll are good teams, yes Plano could beat Carroll but I still doubt it.

It's always like this at this time of year...everybody is ready for the playoffs & think they are the king of the world...including us... :D

Their will be no SL vs Plano for 2 reasons.

1st. After Plano beats Plano East on Friday, East will Bounce back and beat Allen which would give Allen & East the 2 other playoff bids with each having 2 loses in district. Everyone else has 3 already.

2nd. Trinity, will beat Carrol in the first round.

Trinity isn't no Denton Ryan.

they play 2 first round games? "carrol" and Carroll, IMO "carrol" may lose, but Carroll wins!!!

Trinity won't beat Southlake Carroll,
but it will be a high scoring affair!

Plano has as good chance to go
deep into the playoffs, but if they
meet SLC...I don't see them going
any further!

Please, you must be thinking of Ryan 5 years ago. Ryan's coach should of taken the Plano East job 2 years ago when he had the chance. Ryan had a nice run but Ryan is slowly but surely trending downward.

You seem not to understand that Plano is better talent than Ryan this year is well coached and better community support. If you can't sell out a home game against "mighty & feared SL" :D in the big game of the year then you won't go far in the playoffs. Ryan fans must know something you dont'. They aren't that good.

Denton Ryan has never lost to a 5-A team other than Carroll....trending downward? maybe, but still damn good, especially on D...they are a proud bunch, extremely well coached, that hits hard..

They did not have much support last year and went to the 4th round. How far did Plano go last year? With all that talent and support.

Denton Ryan better bring more than they brought when they played slc if they want to beat plano. will be a good game if they play each other.

Not much support from their coach!!!!! he can be an idiot at talent and play calling. the kids never quit...

What does fan support have to do with winning a football game. Denton Ryan is a very good team and have one of the best coaches in the state. They are underappreciated because of their losses in the high profile matchups the past couple of years.
