News is that Cy Woods will play Cy Ridge for their FIRST VARSITY DISTRICT GAME at the Berry Center. WOW, what an exciting start!

BTW, TYLER WILLIAMSON (Cy Woods Junior DB/WR) ran a hand timed 10.31 100M at the Cy Creek Relays today for a new track record.

In Track, hand timed events (in this day and age) should never be quoted past the "Tenths" of a second. It generally accepted that this time will be rounded to the next tenth and .24 of a seconds added to be FAT equivalent. Thus a 10.64.

Relax. He won the race. Give the kid his due. He is one heck of an athlete.


One thing is accurate, you couldn't come close. Cy-Fair
was at that meet.

Yes, Cy-Fair was at the meet, but McGuffie did not run the 100 this week. I am sure he would have at least made it interesting had he participated in the race. As an aside, Cy-Fair won the meet, so congrats to the Bobcats.


By the way, I understand there was a very favorable wind his week (I was not there). If that is the case, I would not put too much stock in the sprint times from this meet. However, credit is due to all who won their respective races.
