We won't even let 'em eat after the game LOL Jk

Games at Memorial Stadium are fun though. It has a nice small town atmosphere to it.

I been there you guys had great fan support. I saw one of your QB's play back in the day Billy Don Goodwin. He could take a hit and get back up.

I believe SV and Wagner have only met once? The seniors to be at SV haven't faced Wagner except for last year's varsity game.It should be a great opening game for both teams

NOT TRUE!! I'M REFERRING TO THE PRESENT SOPHMORES. WHEN THEY WERE FRESHMEN THEY WENT UNDEFEATED AND BEAT SV @ SV. LAST YEAR 14 OF THOSE PLAYERS WERE ON VARSITY AS SOPHMORES.

Ok-but the SV Juniors(seniors to be) went undefeated on their JV and Freshman years also! Although they lost alot from last year they will still be tough. A great test for both teams.I am a huge Pete Gibbens fan as we played together in college.But don't count SV out.They just seem to reload every year.SV will have to grow up fast in the first 2 weeks vs Wagner and Judson

SV will always be tough. They have a great team concept with great talent. But I've been watching these Wagner kids since 7th grade. These kids (2010) don't know how to lose. This group of kids are special. The 14 sophmores they had on varsity last year didn't lose a football game, basketball game or track meet til last year when they were on varsity. I watched their JV basketball team win every game by at least 14 points this year (they blew out several teams by 30 or more.) I'm just saying that this group has some of most talented kids I've seen in this city in years on one team. Pete and those guys have a great nucleus to work with. Now imagine all these kids at Judson!!
