Both teams have already clinched playoff spots so this game is for the district championchip and bragging rights over 11-5A, as well as a battle of two towns

The game is going to be close. Expect Rowlett's offensive line to be pounding away at Garland's D. Rowlett is going to have to play TOUGH defense to win.

My prediction is Rowlett has a late drive and punches it in..

Im not gonna make any score predictions but Rowlett will have trouble stopping garlands offense IFFFF garland gets a pass game going like it has done so far because then rowlett cant stack the line of scrimmage to stop the run. Garland's defense must contain Pierce from breaking the long plays. Im so pumped about this game two great teams going head to head for district chamionship better get your parking spot early.

Brandon is a GREAT player, but so is Jared Norton. This game won't come down to one player, in my opinion. I think it will come down to Rowlett's defense, and whether they can keep the Owl offense off of the field.

Last year, the Rowett D kept the Garland O in check for 2 and 1/2 quarters, then the came just kinda broke away from there. Almost all of our defense is back for maybe 2 or 3 guys. I hope Jeremy Law is back on the field, he is one of the teams fastest players and would be a big help!

The only reason i was talking about Brandon is because I dont think Rowlett will have success running up the middle since Pierce is pretty small but will have more success streatching the field, using his shiftiness since our linebackers have been suspect to the outside run some this year. I agree with you owlfan, I believe it will come down to Rowletts defense since it is not as strong as there offense. I know sachse moved the ball on them well but they just could not get it in the endzone. Either way this is going to be a good one.

I tell you one collision I can not wait to see, and that is when Dante Sloan and Jared Norton meet head on!!!

Should be a good game. Its going to be nice having Sloan back after a few weeks, hopefully he can go out and have a good game. I havent seen Rowlett play this season, so I dont know how good their defense is. I have heard about Pierce, and the rest of the O, so we'll see if Garlands D can contain them. Should be a good game, hopefully i'll be able to make it out this thursday! ;)
