Pack, I know you are probably watching the game and not concerned with this board right now, but this has to be one of the worst officiated games that I have seen. I don't really have an interest in either team, even though I do like ferentz and iowa, but even the annoucers are disappointed. I have already heard them blatantly disagree with the officials on like 4 plays, and it still isnt halftime. This is embarrasing for the Big 10.

I'm from Michigan and have to agree. However, this is nothing new. I've been watching Big 10 football since the '60s and figured if another conference's refs were worse, they should be euthanized. Maybe that's why they were the first to go to replay!

The Big 10 has always been boring for me to watch. I don't even watch most of the Big 10 games that come on.

Those boring Big 10 team's beat the vast majority of the exciting Big 12 teams when they meet. Reality check look it up!! Texas is the only team lately that had success and both games went to the last second.

I guess that you're forgetting that Iowa St (Big 12) blew out that Iowa (Big 10) team this season. So much for that boring ole Big-12 team huh .... :)
again... that game proves the Big-12 isnt as sorry as people think.
Iowa St - 23
Iowa - 3 :D

The officiating team was horrendous for Michigan vs Iowa!! I'm surprised no one has mentioned anything about it!

hahaha.. Truth hurts dont it.. Iowa St smoked Iowa. The sad thing is Iowa would smoke Florida St and Boston College. Probably the two most overrated teams in the top #25 (Fla St and BC).
Iowa St would beat them. Heck, I remember a couple of years ago Iowa St played the mighty Florida St.. What happen ? It took a goal line stand on the last play of the game for Florida st to beat the weak Iowa St team by like 4 pts.
Of coarse I could tell you about the Bowl game a couple of seasons ago when Texas Tech beat Clemson like 55-14. hahahaha
Just like this season.. alot of overrated ACC teams with a couple of them living on past reputation.
Iowa (Big-10) would easily beat Florida St and BC dude. It wouldnt even be a game for 90% of it.

Perhaps I'll bring up that Sugar Bowl when VTECH beat Texas or how about
VTECH beating A@M 2 years in a row, or how about FSU and MIAMI both
OWNING NEBRASKA in countless Orange Bowls 88 being my favorite. Or how
about that in 2005 the ACC is 2-1 against the Big XII
or how about this little fact:
The Atlantic Coast Conference is one of only two conferences to have a winning record against non-league AP-ranked teams over the past two years. The Big 10 (.667) leads, while the ACC is second at .647. BALANCE -- Six of the league's twelve teams have at least one victory against a non-league AP-ranked opponent the past two years.
CLOWN :p

I said the majority of the time not all of the time try reading comprehension classes ASAP!! ;) Iowa has won 19 of the last 25 vs Iowa St. come on man?? They are their red headed step child just like the aggies are to Texas. They get one here and there!! Iowa has beat Texas Tech twice in bowls recently including when Kingsbury was a senior care to look that fact up?? LOL
