I've always heard it pronounced like guitar, but , of course, with the "ki" sound at the front.

The info I've read is conflicting. I've heard that saying "Cutter" is downright stupid, but that the local pronunciation doesn't sound like guitar, either.

I guess that leaves us with a ki followed by a tar without the Southern accent. Maybe Ki-ta

Officially, they built in Qatar because the country wanted to bring in engineering and sciences universities from the United States.

That and I think they're getting a patent for creating a new variety of sand.

It's no wonder gas costs so much. Of all the colleges the U.S. could send over to teach Petroleum Engineering, we send the Aggies! Where's one of those fail pictures when you need one?
