Read in today's DMN that Carroll wideout McKay Jacobson has made an oral

Because he's a Mormon! BYU gets first dibs on any Mormon athlete because they'll keep his scholarship there while he attends a two year mission for the Mormon church to get even more people to join the Mormon church...

Think about a mormon at a&m...
I mean which one of his wives would he
kiss when aggy scores a TD?
Course it doesn't happen that often,
so I guess it wouldn't be that bad.

If he went to Lubbock, Vince Gill would have him in the honky-tonks in no time!

Coach Odom is still at Katy, he is the head track coach there right now. I don't believe he's involved with football anymore, but he was a defensive backs coach 2 or so years ago. He is a truely great man and I haven't gotten the chance to properly thank him for giving me a real second chance when no one else would.

Music changes all the time and that's a shame. All artists do what will make money and not necessarily what they want to sing or play.

Ask him about that Jheri curl he refused to cut for like 6 years...I bet he
cringes when he sees those pictures. Clayton was always a cool dude...I had a bunch of classes with him back in the day.

The reason your friend didn't last up there is because he had no INTEGRITY.
He signed a leyyer saying he would behave a certain way and then did just the opposite.
wouldn't want a guy like that around my team either!
Which wife???????
The ignorance is showing all over da place!

First of all what the heck is a leyyer?
And secondly, how can you say a man whom
you've never met has no integrity. We are talking
about a guy who lost his father at a very young age
(under horrible circumstances).
Was always on the honor roll and an exceptional athlete.
Had the same girlfriend from 6th grade all the way through
high school and into college. How dare you speak about
a man's integrity, when you are clueless as to his journey.
Don't turn this into a debate on how mormons are superior and
lead an impeccable lifestyle.
And Donnie and Marie suck....

AAAhhaaa...good one. It was more like a
crown type thing. I think she had a lasso too.
Better watch it ddaddy...you'll be accused of
having no integrity by someone that doesn't even
know you.

wow, allendad really showed a sensitive side with the mormon thing, but he does have a valid point with the fact that when attending BYU you must sign a letter stating that you will behave to basically mormon guidelines but i think he crossed the line wiht his no integrity comment about an athlete he doesn't know. i don't know what his true feelings were but maybe he just didn't like being surrounded by so many mormons

Did he just accuse Coach Odom of having no integrity?
Oh yea, I didn't think mormons had computers. Isn't that against there 'beliefs' or something?

They call it the "shiny box"
Homeboy knew he screwed up when he said
that garbage. Talkin' smack about a guy you
don't even know.
P.S. Shawn Bradley and SheDaisy suck too.

Locking this thread before the comments about McKay's beliefs get further out of control. BYU is known for having a very good passing offense, and also a well respected academic institution.
FWIW, Agree re: Shawn Bradley. Dude's on more posters (getting dunked on) than the entire cast of Baywatch combined.
