it looks like some good games will happen during the first week of the playoffs... Clemens vs SV and Slc vs ET...would these teams still be recognized as some of the best teams to come through there school even though they will lose in the 1st round, and not go as far in the playoffs?

That is sad but true under the current system. NS plays Pearland both will probably be 10-0 while other first round games have 3 and 4 loss teams playing each other. Some of those first round games should be 3rd round to championship games. That is just the way it is. As our head coach says you gotta play the best to win so might as well play them right away......

Our matchup with SV will either be in week 1 or week four for the region championship. It all depends on finished position within each district! If both SV and SC win out, we would not meet until week 4. Also, if both of us finish either 2nd or 3rd we still would not meet until the regional final. However, if one gets 1st and the other gets 2nd or 3rd, it will mean a very early exit for one of the two! That would really suck for the loser!!!!

Is that game projected DI or DII?

SV and Schertz Clemens looks to be a Division II game. SC enrollment was adjusted lower thus moving the Buffs into a DII position.

Whoever ends up playing the Hays Rebles from 16-5a(either Leander or Pflugerville) will probably end up winning the game, but that doesnt take away from how good of a team they are this year. They have a running back thats name is slipping my mind because his first name is so weird, but his last name is Waters from the SA area if anybody can help me out. Hes a big bruiser and hes had plenty of success this year.
