L.D. Bell question

I was driving past L.D. Bell high school the other day, and noticed it said something like 1B on the front of the school. I can't remember the whole title that was on the building because I have the worlds worst memory, but can someone from Bell tell me what it means?

killeen high has the IB program. when you graduate you get your diploma and an IB certificate. there are a lot of colleges that honer this which means you enter college as a sophmore instead of a freshman.
