This is just to wierd. Some guy allegedly killed his girlfriend. Drove to his Mothers house and asked her and her boyfriend to come out to Garage and see what he had done. They freaked out and called the police. His girlfriend was killed in a brutal way that was carried out slowly. Whatever that means. I figure he will get a insanity deal and get shipped off to Rusk state hospital. I wish they would let his girlfriends Mother and father have him for about 15 to minutes before they did that.

Sheriff J.B. Smith told the Tyler Paper that 25-year-old Christopher Lee McCuin sits in his jail cell with a nonchalant attitude expressing no remorse of the “horrible acts” he is accused of carrying out against Jana Shearer, 21.


Smith said investigators found Shearer’s body with chunks of flesh cut out, one ear boiling in a pot of water on the stove and a plate of human flesh with a fork on the kitchen table in the brick home at 423 Princess Place.

“I’m never shocked anymore, but I am surprised that human beings can actually do this kind of stuff to each other,” the longtime sheriff said. “You ask yourself how anyone could do anything like this to someone else. I just don’t have an answer.”

McCuin remains in the Smith County jail on capital murder charges and a $2 million bond.

I think when he lands in prison that general population would be a paradise for him. Solitary confinement is as bad as it gets. I don't care how sliced up your mind is, 23 hours all alone with nothing to do will get to a person.

Believe it or not (most) people in prison have the same mindset that you have after learning about this guy and what he did. If he was released would you want to be anywhere near him? I don't think people in prison would want to be either
