It shouldn't effect the team much as neither would have played or contributed much...

Leach said the disciplinary actions for running back Shannon Woods and defensive end Brandon Sharpe involved circumstances from Sunday morning, the Lubbock Avalanche-Journal reported in a story for its Monday editions.

I care, because nobody else has stepped up and produced on the field like he had at RB. Maybe if I knew what he did to get in trouble the first time, I would not be so forgiving. Between the whistles, Woods is by far the best RB at Tech. if he's all about Shannon and not about the team, then thanks for screwing the team and us fans, and putiing yourself first, dude.

I don't know what happened this time, but I've always heard he was all about himself and pretty much a malcontent.

Is Baron Batch still injured?
He was injured and didn't fully recover before the year. They decided early on to just redshirt him and I'm not sure if he's still hurt or not. I do know he's been working hard and has a good attitude about the injury.

right before the Colorado game, I believe is when he went poof!( dissappeared)

That's when he got axed, but there were problems long before that. I've heard this has been an ongoing on and off again problem for quite a while and even some last year.

that must suck...for those kids to mess around and get sent home. whatever they did...i bet they are regretting it now.

I don't know that Woods regrets anything. He's been in the doghouse about 3-4 times in the last 2 months. Some think Leach is trying to get him to quit. I think he's making it easier to not invite him back for next year.
