We have a thread about a game between SLC and Katy played - what 2 yrs ago.

There is a Thread about next year's non-district games - PEOPLE! - this year is not over yet.

What's next - "Current 5th graders going to SLC in future train for championship run"

You guys are overexposing a great program/team to the point of nausea.

Don't people in SLC work. They seem to at Spring Westfield - they rarely get on here and they will beat the heck out of SLC. I am a NS guy and I can tell you - Westfield is the team to beat.

Don't they play football in the Valley/Corpus Christi - come on guys get on here and crowd out the overexposed SLC.

Its pretty simple; if you dont want to read about SLC then dont open the thread. There lots of SLC threads on here and I dont know anything about them, except that they are the defending 5A DI champions. I just skip them. So you should too. I dont know what prompted me to open this one.

I agree with you 100% too much SLC hype
...so you know hopefully people will come to their senses....still their is alot of talk about Judson and SV and mainly 26-5A on the boards

But, the threads started on them is just ridiculous. Whether it be from SLC or non-SLC fans (maybe they are just mocking SLC) - come on, starting a ridiculous topic that has no bearing on the current team or season (ex. next years non-district schedule) is just too much.

Let's all talk about next year.. OH wait, we're only half way into the season. But no - if it's SLC - we have to talk about - we have run out of stupid topics- this is the only thing I can think about. Oh Wait - SLC water boys are better than Coppell water boys....

Also, most of the 'next year's schedule' topics come from posters criticizing southlake's weak non-district schedules and how they should play national games

Whoever is #1 will get lots of discussion. I don't think that will ever change. People want to know what's going on. The same thing happens with most of the top teams.

Also, there is no shortage of "we are better than you" challengers who post their viewpoint.

Lastly, there are plenty of SLC fans who like to bask in the glory of their team's success. Who wouldn't?

I did like the one that said "Carroll is a girls name!" I thought that was original for a while.

It still amazes me that people would actually say "dragons only exist in dreams, welcome to your worst nightmare". Lets think about that. When the Dragons are putting 50+ points on you, who's worst nightmare is it? :confused:
