Rocket Pride is playing like you are 6' 4" 235 lbs when really you're 5' 7" 150 lbs.
Rocket Pride is never giving up no matter what the circumstances.
Rocket Pride isn't intimidated by "The Haka"
Rocket Pride is ALIVE !
Needless to say The Rockets solidified my opinion of their program as elite and made non - believers believers. I watched the game with other Trojan fans as well as SLC fans and after every big play Judson made all they could do was shake their heads in disbelief! We all knew Judson was good and even in defeat they earned the respect of a whole state with their play. I think alot of programs could learn a thing or two from a program like Judson's. Again, congratulations to the Rockets on another successful season and long live Rocket Pride !

When I watch Judson do more with less and others do less with more, how can I have glowing praise?
I'm not trying to be rude most of the time. I'm just relaying what I honestly see.
The team wanted us to cheer during the haka before the game.

About midway through last week I suddenly got this vision of Judson returning a fumble for a score late in the game when ET was preparing to deliver a knockout punch inside the 5-yard line. Then, in the actual game Mcghee tripped over Baker and Judson took over in darned near that kind of situation. ET did what they needed to do though in putting a stop to a potential comeback, but in retrospect I almost cringe to think of what might have happened had he tripped just as he was handing the ball off. May have been the near perfect scenario for Judson in that case (they got a 40-yard fumble return against Southwest in Round 2, and this is how Judson beat Leander---ball pops loose at midfield, Judson returns it to the 5-yard line and scores on the next play with less than 2 minutes left), but it would have been really bad for ET considering how well Baker and Mcghee were doing in the game. Fortunately for ET things worked out. No turnovers for either team. Classic, especially in a defense-oriented game.

A LOUD crowd, and great play, I have a much greater respect for Judson after this game. At any point, you had a chance to win it. Congrats on an amazing season.

you are such a kiss :Censor:!!! I really hope you are not a Trinity Alum....You don't have to rub the win in their face, fine. But to post this, you are a little :Censor:.

I was at both games Saturday and I must say that while Katy looked to be the most dominant team, ET looked to be the most tradition rich, P'ville looked to be the most ready at the beginning of the game (coaches surprised everyone with the long pass to start the game), but Judson was all heart and played like it from the beginning to the end. I didn't see any one player that I would call a "physical specimen", but you can't tell the size of a player's heart by his physical nature.
There should be no critisizm from you or anyone else if a Trinity alum chooses to point out how impressed he was with the opponent.

People have different ways of expressing respect. Some people become new found cheerleaders for the other team, and that is okay, but it seems just a bit fake to me. Maybe I shouldn’t over-analyze other people so much.
Here’s my take:
Judson and Trinity played clean, turnover free football Saturday. This tells me that each team was prepared, focused and mindful of the job they had to do...is this not the most meaningful sign of respect one can show an opponent?

There are many that feel like Judson's program is going dwon and they will not be the same. These are fools, the program was down a year and that is what most of us thought it would be. The fact of the matter is that in the next few years Judson and Wagner will again will be putting the hurt on the city of San Antonio, we call it double trouble. I think it is like MOJO in a sense but Rocket Pride is just what is built into these kids from when they start.

Please tell me that you do not claim this Joker, he is giving Trinity a bad name and I think that all of you are great fans. I think it is time for his pill and jacket, then someone should lock him up and throw away the key.

it's called respect for your opponent. last time i checked, there is nothing wrong with fans showing class and respect to an opponent.
congrads to the trinity football team for a great season!!!!

Thank you all so much for the kind words...it is really neat to here others who watch these guys hearts at work and notice it...we never were the team with the best talent or biggest players, but we were the team with the biggest heart...no doubt...good luck next year to all of the programs out there and please keep high school football strong in Texas...we truly do have a remarkable group of kids in Texas playing football...and many will play at the next level...God bless you all...Merry Christmas to all...
