Who honestly aggree's with me week in week out they are coming close to losing to teams now notredame was no ordinary team as the proved but they still should have beat USC (stupid clock). I honestly say that if they do Get TX or VT in the rose bowl they will lose USC is over rated in my oppinion though the announcer loves to say OMG THEY ARE PLAYING LIKE THE TRUE NATIONAL CHAMPIONS....

USC has been severely tested this year, and still have a couple of hurdles to clear before all is said and done (Cali and UCLA). However, I can't see them losing in the reg. season after they responded against AZ State and wiggled out of that Notre Dame game with the 4th and 9 play that should never happen.
The offense is as advertised, but the defense is very suspect. In my opinion, Texas is the best team all-around right now hands down.

I really don't see Texas losing to Tech or Baylor. They should run the table, win the Big 12 Title game and play in the Rose Bowl for the National Championship. JMO :D

Well as much as I hate to say it I don't think UT is going to lose. My next hope is that USC does and with CAL and UCLA still to go that is not out or the realm of possibility. USC is living on borrowed time and I believe they have used up their 9 lives this year. Most of them to Notre Dame. I still have hope I will take VTech vs Texas...that is just as good as Vtech vs USC to me :D

USC is good but the scores are seeming to tighten up a alittle every game.
I'm gonna predict an upset right here right now
UCLA over USC 32-30 in OT

I'd love to see a UCLA win over USC. The game is at the Coliseum December 3rd, so USC has the "home" field advantage.Go Bruins!!

I agree. USC is good but............ a great team will not struggle and then have to come from behind so many times. I can see it once during the season but not like USC's record. Maybe playing down to the level of competition, who knows. It will catch up with them at some point. ND should have beat them. If USC plays Texas they will be at the top of their game for it but I would still go with UT.

Many people felt the same way a year ago when USC had close calls against Cal and UCLA, many felt they did not belong in the national title game and that OU would destroy them. USC is a quality football team, and I dont know why so many are starting to doubt them after they beat ND, I remember seeing a lot of people last week say that USC would lose to ND. The character they showed is what championship teams are made of, facing a 4th and 9 and completing a long pass to extend the game winning drive and eventually win, I dont think SC will lose, they are on a mission to get to defend their title in the Rose Bowl, and it will be a heck of a game whoever they get, whether it be Texas, Va Tech or Georgia.

OU is also the masters of choking when it comes to title games recently
Big 12 title 2003 (lost to K state)
Nat. Championship 2003 (lost to LSU)
Nat. Championship 2004 (lost to USC)
OU should BLOWN OUT each one of those teams also...

I agree with you on the 2003 season, major choke job. I dont think 2004 was a choke job, I just think they ran into a better team, but that is my own opinion.

Couldnt agree more... OU was a good team last year, but USC was that much better than the Sooners.
