Coaches,
From me, as one of the parents of the Rockets of 2007, I want to thank you all for your hard work this year with "our kids"...I believe in my heart that you have changed each and every one of these kids in ways that you will probably never know...I believe that your drive for being the best they can be will carry thru to their every day life after high school is long gone...be it in their jobs, family and everyday life, you guys have done a fine job with them...this was a year of many ups and downs...a year that has shown us how fast the tide can change...how newscasters, newspapers, radio can just hurt their hearts and minds, you guys were there to let them know that did not matter...where we are ranked, who thought we could win...what mattered was what they felt inside themselves...the belief of their own internal strength and their God given abilities...how you guys showed them what "Rocket Pride" really is about...many of you are Judson graduates who have come back to coach this new generation of Judson kids...to me, that speaks bigger than anything else that happens...and I am proud to say that is what my son wants to do also...to be a high school coach and give back to this school, this program that has help to make him who he is today...in this world of tragedy, it is nice to see such caring and dedicated teachers, and that is what you guys are "teachers", you really do care and I believe "Love" each one of these kids...thank you for doing that for my son and for many other parent's sons'...from the Atwell house...A very Merry Christmas to you and your family and a thank you for caring for my son and each of these kids...
