I'll say this about Carroll....our D is as good as I've seen in a while, with the quality of our O line, QB's & receivers, & with the emergence of our running game, we are now, officially, a handful.....this has been an unofficial Carroll Dragon Press Conference..Thank you for coming, I will now take questions....? On a side note..we would like to recognize the return of the wideman...thank you...

There is no way to know yet..My guess would be 60% yes at this point but we'll know better each week...It would take an astrophysicist to calculate the odds perfectly, but thats my story & I'm sticking with it at this point...I was kind of getting use to the usual suspects in D-2 & was looking forward to the war with Lufkin...

Looks like Plano East will make the playoffs and put Plano into Division 2. Even though FR lost Friday the football gods will still somehow put SL and Plano on the path to meet in the Playoffs.

ALL Plano fans are want this game. Does SouthLake? :confused:

the red beans & rice with the fried pork chop is great. i miss that place. i think they are probably in mourning over there right now with the Notre Dame loss though.

i can say as a Plano fan that I definitely want to play Southlake. i think it would be a great game.

Everyone who wants the Dragons is like the Dog who is chasing the car. What are you going to do with it once you get it! The Dragons have one goal in mind and they will play whoever gets in the way to accieve that goal. After the 10 game pre-season, The best of the best get to play a 5 or 6 game post season which will pit the best teams against each other. All of the postering on this board will only get more intense as the games play out. I hope Plano/Trinity/Lufkin/Katy/Abilene/Longview all get to play SLC because that would mean that the Dragons and whoever they are playing are still playing for the state Championship!

Funny thing happens to Winning streaks they all end. Usally they end aginst a team that has good speed, Senior leadership, balanced offense and a strong defense that creates turnovers and has a long tradition of football greatness.

I like to think as a man in the crosshairs. Winning streaks always end. Your wish will come true. You will play at least one of those teams maybe two.

there was nothing going on in southlake, we couldnt find anything to do, we got a prank call about some party or what ever, these 2 girls had to be the dumbest prank callers ever, we go there, and were like theres no party here, and the house next door to girls start laughing and close a window, so were like Ah HA! so we drive around and park the car, and go stand by the house, and we can see people moving the blinds and everything, looking through, so after a while we go to my friends house, search the internet for their phone number, and we drive back over there, and were like hey whats up blah blah blah, and then they pretened to be their mom or something, so that was interesting, then later after we leave, they call (i guess they thought we were going to like tp them or something), and are like ahh yea were sorry, friend goes, next time you prank call, dont be a moron and look out the windows and make it obvious, funny stuff..last night was funnier..4 hours of sleep, plus 7 dp's, energy drink, ohhhhhh mannnnnnn everything is funny then, reminds me of the time, we ate straight jello powder...if your bored some time, drink straight jello powder, like mix it with water and chug..HOLY COW

Are you aware the FSN was broadcasting the SLC vs. Denton Ryan game in Wisconson this past week? I couldn't believe I'm sitting in my hotel room Thursday night and turn to FSN and they were broadcasting the game up north. Great game by the way. SLC is looking solid.

FSN is a national network but like the stations that broadcast college football on Saturdays they usually only broadcast local games. That's why I was surprised to see a Texas game in Wisconsin.

Has the team found a new way to listen to the other teams playcalls this year? That really helped your defense last year! :p

Yeah..we heard that Lufkin had some sort of snafu with their radio equipment at the semi game in Waco...we tried to tell them that we were receiving the plays and they said never mind..you can't beat us twice in 3 years...so we just listened in and heard the craziest stuff...anyway, the rest is history, we got by them and they still don't understand how we knew when Lane was running the ball...we really do need every advantage we can get ya know? I mean the Dragons, as everyone knows are slow....
