Cahat can someone explain totally the scenarios that can bring different teams together for the playoffs. It is pretty confusing since there are still some things that need to happen for Trinity and SLC to meet in the playoffs. I personally don't think it will happen....but you never know.

Its not complicated but you have to figure it district by district. Top 3 teams in the district go to the playoffs, the school with the biggest enrollment by the UIL's numbers goes Division 1, the other 2 go Division 2 and are seeded #1 and #2 according to their district records.

In my opinion, be prepared to see SLC and Trinity play in the first round because of Grapevines win over Fossil Ridge. Fossil Ridge would have been the big school, but now SLC is and Grapevine and DR would go D-2.

If thats the case you can go ahead and pencil in LP or Lview in the finals in D2. After Lviews performance last night I have to lean towards LP though. Alot of ball left to play yet though.
