The HS sports show in Houston reported two weeks ago that Cy Falls defeated Stratford. I went to bed that night pondering the rubber match with Falls. I think the Chronicle got it right the next day. We are playing Clements this week, right?:confused:

Yeah- so many errors you see in papers these days. Obviously they inverted the teams' scoring lines.

The DMN report for the Bowie game stated that they were going to play Odessa Permian at Texas Stadium next Saturday. :confused: I am at work, so I can't link to the original DMN story.

I don't think the DMN are homers, I think they are just sloppy. I am not sure which is worse.

Thats the point...they actually got it right for a change. Though I don't know how a TV program can do a report on a game and still broadcast the wrong outcome. I guess there was too much green on the field and nobody could tell the difference.

I finally was able to bring myself back to the message boards after the loss to Abilene.
They played a great game period. No excuses no what ifs and the fans on the way out were very classy.
Good Luck, I will be watching you on Saturday, mind if I sit with you guys even though I will be in Green?

We (ET fans) can TOTALLY feel your pain - we were there last year and one round earlier - AND the same score! We can attest that time will make it hurt a little less - but it won't go away! At least not in a year - still hurts me every time I think about last year's round two.

We had a great 12 step program - I am sure we won't mind sharing - feel free to sit with us and cheer for the Trojans.

To bad a newspaper story can right the wrong - otherwise ET fans would have been writing up a storm last year. :D

You guys will be back - of that we have no doubt.
