Simple poll for anyone that has an opinion. Who is / was the better running QB for SLC?

I don't even think that one is close. I think that Dodge will be a better runner than both.

Yep that kid can run, but he had better be able too, he,s a bit small now.

Yeah Daniel is by far the better runner. McElroy can break a tackle, but he just isn't known for his break away speed.

agreed. although MacElroy isnt quite the sitting duck everyone makes him out to be, he can get out of trouble, but doesnt break the big gain. (unless you're colleyville heritage)

Daniel was quicker and faster & a hell of a leader..Mc is doing very well all around...

Dodge is the better athlete (run/passer) but McElroy is the better passer. But, we're also comparing a 10th grader to a 12th grader.

Dodge showed me enough last night to believe that SLC aint going anywhere for the next couple of years. They have some good looking underclass kids on the team.

Who has the higer median income Plano or Southlake? Which team will be the first to dye their hair blond before Plano meets SL?

Joking aside. I bet their are alot of fans who are getting tired of everything Southlake. I am glad your passionate about the team. SL is going through a good stretch right now 5 really good years.. Enjoy it because it doesn't last forever.

Plano had their stretch from 1965 through 1995.
During that time

9 State championship appearances :)
7 state championships in 2A, 3A, 4A, & 5A
National Champs 1987

Back to Back state champs 86, 87 :)
State Highschool attendance record of 49,500 ve PNG in 77 State championship

29 game winning streak in 86,87,88 :)

Then the down turn for the last 10 years until this year. :mad: Times change and teams go in cycles.

i post more on the other forums then this one, so its all good, but these carroll threads help, like i said on the other forums, i dont know much about high school football, but i know a crap load about a lot of other sports leagues and what not

since this thread is about SLC qb's, i went to the chili's in ahh keller? the one off of Davis Blvd, iwht some friends, they had a framed Chase Wasson jersey, it was pretty sweet
