One other thing I would do, is incorporate the lower tier bowls into playoff sites. 15 games to a championship that is decided on the field.

yes this years ncaa season proves that we want know who who truely would have won the title or the best unless we get a playoff system but, i think that is about 4 to many teams you have there. the top 12 teams should play for the title. when you get to the final four call those the rose,orange and tostitos bowls or what ever.that will be fine.
