But in all seriousness, is there any specific reason that Carter is dropping kids lke flies? Rezoning maybe?

Thats the #s that they reported on the snapshot day, they had below 1500

People flying to the burbs. In this case DeSoto, Cedar Hill, Lancaster and GP.

If they keep winning, let them stick around. They always win in football, so if they want to stay let them.

Then again, when was the last time they didn't have an asterisk next to their name denoting they were elevated, per their request?

Wow thats really low; I know that they were small enougn to be 4A for pretty much a decade

:mad:...who cares about #'s....to me CC should always play 5A....even if we had 200 students(well...maybe thats pride speaking)....but still....I am against the move...I pray it isnt finalized.....

but another reason for the numbers going down are not only suburbs...but magnet schools i.e. Townview, a very large % of thier students are from the carter area...more than people know...skyline accounts for a smaller perecentage....even so all of these are contributing factors

I agree with you Carter Cowboy, I'm not ready for that move either, but I know that it is going to happened!:cry
