Both teams are good who will it be? I say Abilene who do you say and why.

Ab.--31; Midland--27. That may be a bit of a homer pick since I live in Abilene. However, I think that Mid. team is pretty good. The two teams are pretty evenly matched, it seems (we'll know a whole lot more about the dist. race in a few hrs.--it now seems that these 2 teams are head & shoulders above the rest of the pack in this dist., IMO).

Speed Kills - Abilene has it on Defense and Midland High doesn't. Just like last year 38 - 10 Abilene.

Good point - AHS plays/matches up very well with the Dogs -- year in and year out. I see this year being no different - the Eagles have their number.

Midland-21 Abilene-14. I think the weather plays a big role in this game.

The latest weather report for Midland shows temps. in the low 70's and light winds. If that is right, then it will be a great night for football.

If Midland beats Abilene this will be as close to the score as I can see it. However I don't think MHS will score 21 and I don't think MHS can hold AHS to 14. I don't see it a total blowout but AHS wins by a couple of TD's.

Abilene by 14 sounds about right. AHS has too many weapons and a more balanced attack. Plus it's hard to overlook that rotten egg that MHS laid against Monty.......

It's going to be AHS 35 MHS 10. I don't see Midland's passing game doing anything tonight. I also feel that the Eagle defense will contain Batch, making Midland one dimensional.

Abilene has a great team this year... just like last years but prob better. Midland doesnt have the team to stop Abilene
