Denton stadium traffic

for anyone headed out to the slc vs denton ryan game tommorow at ch collins in denton..... i recommend leaving as soon as possible becasue traffic getting into the stadium is horrible...... most ppl enter the stadium from the same direction..... i think the denton newspaper recommended people to come an atleast an hour early to aviod heavy traffic

band is leaving at 5 2morrow, we may be a tad late if traffic is horrible(tad late as in like, before gametime, just later than we want to be there)....how long is the drive...45 min?

If ya'll are leaving at 5 then it will take more than 45 mins, but ya'll should be there well before game time. As long as you avoid 35E then ya'll will be fine, the biggest challenge is when you get to Loop 288, getting into and out of this stadium is horrible and the only draw back to this nice facility.

Continue North on I35 after I35E and I35W merge at UNT. About 1-2 miles after the merge you will see signs for Loop 288 - take that exit and go east (only direction you can go - you will pass by a Good Eats Restaurant). Stadium will be on your left about 2-3 miles after you get onto Loop 288.

Driving directions to the game: Go north on I-35W to Denton, which merges with I-35E and becomes I-35N in Denton. Take exit 470 to TX 288 Loop East. Exit at East Sherman Drive and turn left. Turn left again on Long Road, and the C.H. Collins Athletic Complex will be on the left.

beats me, from what i recall it kind of just sits out there in the middle of no where, im sure a ryan fan can answer..on a sidenote, if/when you get a new car, look into the possibilty of getting it with gps, its the easiest thing out there, tells you where to turn everything, its awesome! i wish it came with games and a computer, then itd be perfect!

Yes it is north of 380, the Loop is the first exit after 380 on 35.

If your riding a bus, it will be alittle longer.... I hate school buses... My last time I rode in a school bus was when I was on the basketball team 2 1/2 years ago. School Buses are annoying and very unconfortable.
