About mid season Dave Campbell's had this predicted as a likely state final match up... Allen vs SA Madison.
If only... injuries didn't occur and defense didn't matter in the playoffs!
If only... that prediction came true we could have seen a "healthy" SA Madison offense rack up 800 plus yards and hang 100 points behind a 500 plus yard rushing game from Devin Thomas on a "no defense" playing Allen!:eek:
As a consolation and moral victory of sorts Allen is the first team to break 20 points all season on Madison's staunch defense.
