The punt however, was muffed by Daniel Cobb of Ellison and picked up inside the Ellison 35 yardline. What a chicken-$#!+ team Chavez is. Cheap shotting, big talking, zero discipline. This was one of those games where you're not sure you even want to shake hands when it's over. I'm not sure I can figure out how they beat Westside. They have some pretty good athletes, but no scheme whatsoever and no discipline at all.

Luck ran for two TDs and threw for two more before he was pulled at the end of the 3Q. Stratford coasted from there -- could have probably gotten two more scores if they cared to. Luck looked like he was pretty close to 100%. Defense just totally shut Chavez down except for one play in which the RB broke about five tackles and took it to the house. Other than that, I bet Chavez had less than 100 yards total offense. Their penalty yardage (at least five or six personal fouls and unsportsmanlike conducts) might have been greater than their total offense if not for the one long play.

So, unless Mayde Creek has a shocker up their sleeve, it'll be Cy Falls / Stratford II next Saturday, we hear 7:30pm at the Berry Center.
