This week is a big game...i need a win to secure the playoffs.

2 questions

1. Which defense do I start?

Colts - vs. KC and Brodie Croyle but without dwight freeney

or

Seahawks - vs. Bears and Rex Grossman

2. I need to sit one of these players. Which one? (TE get 2 PPR and WR get 1 PPR)

Greg Jennings @ Carolina
Shockey @ Detroit
Andre Johnson @ NO
T.O. @ washington
Santonio Holmes @ NYJ

I would appreciate some input....Thanks.

Play Indy (they are still a good D and KC is horrible) and sit Andre Johnson who is just coming back from injury.

Your other guys are good though and proven. Shockey and TO are coming off record games and have been consistently good. Jennings has been killing recently as has Holmes. Johnson has been out for 8 weeks and even now he's not 100%.

I just released him. He wasn't going to be a significant contributer on my team the rest of the year.

Man I used to think that exact same thing hum but it is actually fun and hardly takes any time per week with the computer technology these days. Sometimes I will make my line up 10 minutes before the games and If I ever do want to pick up a free agent or etc etc all of that is just a click away and if you just click on the player it tells you everything you need to know. I seriously spend maybe 30 minutes a week on fantasy if that. I would have never played back when it was done on paper and you had to do the serious research and never did. That is when it was for guys with too much time on their hands.

I have been playing NFL fantasy for 3 years and really do enjoy it for several reasons. You can make money if you have a clue about football, you have an excuse to get away from the old lady to get drunk for the draft and the super bowl party at the end of the year and you have an excuse to watch many of the games.

By the way I am leading my league of 12 this year with and have the best record at 8-2 and I am by far the points leader. I have already won 200 plus while practically doing nothing but having a good draft.

My only fantasy advice this week is pick up chester taylor if you have not already or nobody else has. Peterson will probably be out for the year and if even if not taylor was just a thousand yard rusher and they play one of the worst rushing defenses in the NFL Oakland at home. Peterson will definitely not be back for a few weeks.

Yeah I have LT and C Taylor this week at rb. I was shocked nobody else picked him up? He should have a huge game this week. I sat B Jacobs and dropped L White in order to get him. I got plenty of depth at rb to take that chance.

I have 5 fantasy teams and I do well in all of them, but I only spend 10-15 minutes a week working on them.

no more than 30 minutes working on my fantasy team a week...most of that time is talking trash on our message board:D

Bench Shockey. He had one good game...whether it will happen again or not will be up for debate. He was the first TE I took in the draft and I ended up replacing him

Agreed. I cant speak on half of holmes but I also had Jennings on my team and he got shut down a couple of times...Brett Favre loves him on the deep ball though.

Very true...I have Holmes sitting right now but I could have a change of heart before my game begins.
