Since every post in inevitably reverting back to this I thought I would give it some time...
Texas - Has Beaten Will Play
ULaLa Colorado (24)
Ohio State (12) Texas Tech (11)
Rice Okie State
Missouri Kansas
Oklahoma Baylor
aggy
V-Tech - Has Beaten Will Play
NC St. 20-16 Maryland
Duke 45-6 Boston College (17)
Ohio 45-0 Miami (7)
Georgia Tech 51-7 Virginia
West Virginia 35-14ish North Carolina
Marshall
Theres not really much difference in the schedule...at least not enough to make up for UT's big Harris Poll and considerable ESPN poll leads...if you look at whats coming up VT's schedule is harder, yes, and they will play a much harder opponent in their respective championship game, But there would have to be a severe rift in schedule to make up the gap

There is a gap in both the AP and ESPN/USAtoday polls but the gap has closed the last 2 weeks. If everything remains the same and the top 3 win out their is not much chance of any position changes. One of the top 2 would have to lose or have a REALLY bad game in order for that to happen. With that said their is no telling with these pollsters I mean PennST just jumped 8 spots this week Alabama did a giant leap last week so just depends on who they like that particular week. Oh yea West Virginia is #25 now!!

Won't happen....Tech will lose to Miami!! Mark my words!
Then Miami will play AND BEAT Florida State for the ACC Title!
UT wil play, either, ND or Penn State for the National Championship!! Georgia will lose to Florida, and Alabama will be upset by Auburn....then Florida will beat Auburn for the SEC Title. Oh and ND WILL BEAT USC this weekend!!!!!!!
Ya, ya I know.........and yes, I've been drinking.....but just a few, dozen, beers!! :D

Miami won't beat VTech in Blackburg first. Florida all of a sudden is really struggling on offense so that won't happen and Auburn if you remember got the beat down by Ga Tech how are they going to beat Alabama and LSU in order to even get to the SEC championship. As for ND well anything can happen with them and polls especially if they beat USC and PennSt. will lose Saturday mark my words. :D

Florida St and Miami both will lose games before the seasons over. They will drop into the mid 10's (#12--#18) before the seasons over. Boston College will also lose a couple of games before the years out knocking them out of the top #25.
So, Va Tech will end up at the end of the season playing about #12 Florida St (ACC Title game) , #16 Miami and maybe another team that is about #24.
Texas will end up playing about #13 Ohio St, #17 Tx Tech and in the Big-12 Title game probably about #22 Nebraska.
Junkie in his trunk doesnt like that... but that's probably about where all the teams will end up in the final ranking's before the Bowl games.
Projected Poll Finish Dec.1
Va Tech vs:
#12- Florida St
#16 Miami
#24 somebody
Texas vs:
#13 Ohio St.
# 17 Tx Tech.
# 22 Nebraska.
Texas goes to Pasadena to play in the Nat'l Title game.. "hook em!"

I really hope its Texas USC and not USC Va Tech. Something tells me one of these 3 will have a loss before the end of it all. I hope its USC and not Texas.

Strength of schedule
If the ACC championship game is Virginia Tech v Florida State and they are both undefeated the winner will probably leapfrog Texas to play USC. Texas might get screwed like Auburn was last year. Oklahoma and Ohio State records do not help, maybe Tech will help Texas.

Florida St will have 2 losses before the regular season is out. (Virginia, Clemson, NC St & Florida). 2 of those teams will beat them. :D

What will happen: Penn State's defense will keep Michigan's offense from having a decent game, but the Wolverine defense will force four turnovers and will capitalize on each one.
CFN Prediction: Michigan 26 ... Penn State 20 ... Line: Michigan -3.5 | Make your pick and compete against others
1000 star lock of the year...only 19.99 per call!!!!!!!!!!!!! :D
