ACU beat Midwestern State today, 42-41. The 'Cats came back from 17 down to put away the ponies at home in Wichita Falls. It was the last game ever for one of DII's best players, Midwestern's Daniel Polk.
Anyway, the win puts ACU in the playoffs. Hopefully, we'll get to host a PO game. The program is going good places. Last year we won 8, this year we have won 9 and are making a second consecutive trip to the playoffs. All of our all-conference offensive weapons return, save Jerale Badon. Bernard Scott and Billy Malone are the real deal.
