I don't know how many of you guys saw the judson roosevelt game but our quarterback ryan perez, is a really good player for this being his first year on varsity. I think if he keeps up the good work he'll make our team shine next year. against judson he got 115 yards on i think 15 carries

anybody else have a good young QB starting?

I don't think the QB go that many yards on 15 carries at the Judson game. I could be wrong, but Judson's defense was very solid. I was busy for a big part of the 2nd half, but I did hear his name a lot.

Judson's junior QB Carl Bouldin broke a 60-70 yard run in the 2nd half, he is pretty good when the line is doing well.

same crap year n and year out for temple ahhh man we got this new hot shot qb then he just dissapears.... wish we had another eron saul's like in 03

I think you are almost exactly right. The paper had 16-115 rushing. What struck me, besides his youth, is that he had a Brett Favre losing battle passing day (6-22-3-109). 6 of 22 is fine, but 3 Ints spells lose, especially to a team the caliber of Judson.

yea. I'm just hoping ryan doesn't get hurt this season or during baseball because if he keeps getting better like he has this season he could be great

If he's a soph that's pretty good. And I've heard he's been putting up some good numbers....I'll be anxious to see him in a few weeks.

I was impressed with his poise most of the time. yes, he did throw 3 int's, which is to be expected against and good defense and being a sophomore. Many times he had his receivers and backs get to the correct spots on offense because they lined up wrong or making adjustments. he's small, but should continue to improve in all facets of the game.

Sv has a junior starting. He isn't outstanding yet, he is a good player and makes good decisions for the most part. I expect him to play well the rest of the year and then have a break out senior year.

Wow, I didn't notice he had that many yards. That is very good. If he remains un-injured he should be very good his senior year. Good Luck to Roosevelt for the rest of the season.
