no love for ILL, PSU, Wisc, or Purdue - all 7-3

Not if you actually watch the games. PSU, Illinois, etc have looked mediocre most of the time.

While I agree the Big 10 sucks, the SEC has no room in my opinion to brag about how their conference schedule is a "gauntlet", because apart from LSU no other SEC team has a quality non-conference win to justify being a part of that "SEC Gauntlet". Isn't that how conference strength is determined, quality non-conference wins?

All you need to know about the Big 10 is that Michigan lost to Appalachian St. and they are the second best team in the Big 10.

BTW, Appalachian St. has lost twice since then.

BTW, Appalachian St. has lost twice since then.

Michigan could be the best team in the Big 10. Oregon is a tough team to play on the second week of the season.

Back to the subject at hand, the Big 10 does suck. Michigan might, and I repeat, MIGHT, be the best team in the conference. Like someone said earlier, they lost at home to App. State, who has lost TWICE since beating the Wolverines. Not that I'm an SEC fan, but I think we all know that most SEC teams would Rick James most of the Big 10 teams.
